Those sending or relaying radiograms in voice mode should remember that the person receiving is trying to write it down. So send it s-l-o-w! In fact, send it even slower!
Here are some tips and files for beginner traffic handlers (thank you Jim KY2D for these files):
Speak clearly and articulate your words. For call signs and difficult or unusual words - use the standard ITU phonetics.
Unkey your mic and leave a slight break inbetween the address and message blocks in case the receiving station needs a fill or has a question. Do the same between message block and signature block. For example, after finishing the address block/phone number say "break" and unkey for a couple seconds.
